Caleb grew up on the mission field in San Jose, Costa Rica. He moved to Dallas, Texas to finish high school and served his church as a volunteer and later, an intern. Caleb moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to begin his college career as an environmental engineering major. While there, he taught as a paraprofessional in an extensive autism program. The summer of 2017, Caleb moved to Rossville to marry his wife Aylis and is finishing his education at CSCC and UTC.
Caleb and Aylis have a heart for ministry and hope to one day follow in their families’ footsteps of international mission work. They are big advocates of environmental care and have built a sustainable tiny house for themselves and their Saint Bernard (Kodak), Bengal (Libra), and two sugar gliders (Aspen and Nessie). Caleb’s pursuit of an environmental engineering degree and Aylis’ pursuit of a degree in marine biology are for the purpose of caring for God’s creation.
