Stop Hunger Now is a meal packing event that supports the effort to end world hunger. On this day thousands of meals can be packaged in only a few hours of fun!

8 a.m. Breakfast at the Well

8:30 a.m. Registration at Family Life Center

9 a.m.  Start Packing!

Its a special time at ELUMC! This Sunday is the launch service for the Well, ELUMC’s new contemporary worship service.

Prayer Vigil: Saturday at the Well
The Well will be open for prayer on Saturday, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Please come by and spend 30 minutes in prayer for the launch of the new worship service on Sunday.
Launch service is at the Lillian Ellis Center across from the main campus on January 10 at 10am with nursery provided in main building.
Please invite friends and family to join in worship and dedication to the Lord!

CHICKAMAUGA DOWN HOME CHRISTMAS will be this Saturday, Dec.12. Vendors will be on the streets 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be having Open House at The Well at Lillian Ellis Center beginning at 2 p.m. with refreshments and entertainment. The parade will be at 6 p.m. All children of Elizabeth Lee are welcome to ride on the float. Parents must sign a permission form, which is available at the church office. Be sure to dress for cold weather.

 

WHITE CHRISTMAS will be this Sunday, Dec. 13, during the Sunday School hour. Requested items are listed below by Sunday School classes. Everyone will go to your Sunday School class at regular time, and then go to the sanctuary at 10:15 for the White Christmas presentation. The youth will be distibuting the boxes on Wednesday, Dec. 16. Please meet in the youth house at 6:00 p.m.

CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH is this Sunday, Dec. 13. All groups will have a Christmas party at the “Christmas Nights of Lights” at Camp Jordan. There is no cost to attend and parents are welcome also. We will meet at the church at 5:00 for dinner, and leave no later than 5:30. We will return to the church around 7:45.
